The ZIP archive contains the stand-alone version of the "GlycanBuilder" structure editor. To install the tool, extract the content of the ZIP archive in a folder of your choice. To run the tool, double click on the file GlycanBuilder.jar. The tool has been tested under Windows, Linux and Mac OS X. In order to run the GlycanBuilder tool, the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) version 5.0 must be installed on the computer.
